Effective August 18, 2026
Straight terms, no maze. What you get when you order from us, what we owe you when something goes wrong, and the few things we ask in return.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Good Ol' Boys ("GOB", "we", "us"), a clothing brand based in Escondido, California. They cover this website, every order you place through it, and every account, email, or support request tied to it.
By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Your privacy rights are covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or close an account for fraud, chargeback abuse, promo-code abuse, reseller scalping, harassment of our team, or any use that puts the store or other customers at risk.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email, and only for the items we actually ship.
Promo codes are a courtesy, not an entitlement. Unless a code explicitly says otherwise:
You agree not to:
The GOB name, logo, fang mark, product designs, photography, copy, and the look and feel of this site are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, print, resell, or use them on your own products or marketing without written permission.
If you send us photos, reviews, feedback, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to run and promote the brand. You keep ownership of what you sent.
Transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping updates, refunds, support replies — are part of the service and cannot be opted out of while you have an active order or account.
Marketing emails are opt-in only. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can also manage it from your account's Privacy tab.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible attack, or that colors on your screen will exactly match the garment in your hands.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOB and its owners, staff, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Talk to us first: email customerservice@goodoleboys.clothing and give us 30 days to fix it. Most problems die there. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction. You may still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
Claims must be brought individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and GOB each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Any claim arising out of these Terms or an order must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, except where a longer period cannot lawfully be shortened.
Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California users are entitled to this notice: this site is provided by Good Ol' Boys, 1325 Gary Lane, Escondido, CA 92026. Products are priced as shown on each product page, and there is no charge for browsing the site.
To file a complaint or receive further information, contact us at customerservice@goodoleboys.clothing, or write the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or call (800) 952-5210.
California law requires retailers to post their refund policy; ours is section 7 above and is also shown at checkout.
We may update these Terms as the store changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and the version in force when you placed an order governs that order.

These Terms are provided in good faith for transparency. They are not legal advice.
